Terms of Service

These terms set the conditions for using this online store, placing an order, receiving products, and communicating with customer care. By browsing or purchasing, a customer agrees to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate order information.

Store use

The store is offered for personal shopping and ordinary household use. Customers must be old enough to enter a binding purchase agreement in their jurisdiction or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. A customer must not interfere with site operation, probe security controls, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the site to collect information about other customers. Products and orders

An order is a request to purchase; acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation or otherwise begin fulfillment. We may correct a typographical error, clarify a listing, or decline an order when an item is unavailable, a price is plainly erroneous, a transaction appears fraudulent, or an order exceeds a reasonable household quantity. When we cancel an accepted order, we return any payment captured for that order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout page states otherwise. Taxes, shipping charges, and any promotion conditions are shown before the payment step. We accept credit/debit cards through the payment provider displayed at checkout. The customer represents that the payment method is authorized for the purchase. We do not ask customers to send a full card number, security code, or banking password by email.

Fulfillment and returns

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Standard delivery generally arrives in 4-6 business days after processing, and free shipping is available when the checkout conditions are met. Returns are governed by the refund policy and may be requested within the 30 day return window. An approved refund can take 5-10 business days to post because the payment institution controls the final credit.

Intellectual property

Store text, layout, code, graphics, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Customers may view and print a reasonable copy for personal shopping records. Copying, republishing, selling, or adapting store materials for commercial use requires written permission from the rights holder. Product names and marks remain with their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limits

The store is provided with reasonable care, subject to maintenance, carrier conditions, and events outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot legally be removed. To the extent permitted by law, the store is not responsible for indirect losses arising from a customer's misuse of a product, inaccurate address, or failure to follow package directions. Product information is not medical advice; a customer with a medical concern should consult a qualified professional.
